Equal parts impressive and disappointing
The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to assist us, especially with a microwave for our baby's formula. The warm pool was a perfect touch on a chilly weekend! !
The lack of a hot tub and closed amenities severely impacted our experience. Management didn't promptly inform us about this situation, leaving us frustrated and unsatisfied during our stay.

The room was really nice with great beds and two TVs, making it feel super cozy! I loved relaxing in the indoor pool and enjoying the hot tub after a long day. The only downside was the weak water pressure in the shower, but it didn't spoil my time at all. 😊

Outstanding Staff and Cozy Room
I had a wonderful stay where Sia at the front desk truly went above and beyond to help us get a microwave for our baby's formula, making our stay much more enjoyable. The warm pool was a lovely way to unwind during the chilly weekend, and the accommodations were spacious and comfortable, perfectly located near restaurants and shops. However, the check-in time could be a bit more flexible for early arrivals.

Amazing staff and warm pool!
Our stay was awesome! Sia at the front desk was super nice and helped us find a microwave for our baby’s formula. That was a lifesaver! The warm pool was perfect for our little one on that chilly weekend. Just wish there were microwaves in the rooms, but overall we had a great time and felt very welcomed!

everything about our stay at courtyards was amazing! the lady at the front desk, sia, went above and beyond to help us with a microwave for our baby’s formula. it made our nights so much easier! we also loved the warm pool, especially during the cold weather. additionally, it's close to interesting spots in the area, making it convenient for us.

It was just a proper fit for a city holiday in Tulsa with excellent value for money. The room size was great, and I loved the layout with the bed facing the window. Be prepared for some mall traffic during peak hours.
